Katy Perry V Zoe Saldana
This couture, gold Balmain dress is difficult for any celebrity to pull off, but both Katy and Zoe braved it out, and rocked the edgy mini on the red carpet. Sadly, there can only be one winner, so who wore it best? Katy wore the dress during Paris Fashion Week. The singer wore the thigh-grazing, geometric patterned dress with matching white and gold heels. She looked hot, hot, hot – despite her Smurf-like hairstyle! Zoe Saldana’s gown was altered, and featured a plunging neckline and white trail, which looked way too much like a wedding trail. She finished the outfit with caged black heels. It was a close one. We weren’t loving Zoe’s mismatched shoes or white trail, but we didn’t agree with Katy’s blue hair with the outfit… Katy won this battle, we loved that she didn’t change the dress – she oozed sexiness from head (minus the blue hair) to toe.
Cara Delevingne V Olivia Palermo V Suki Waterhouse
The highlight of Burberry’s autumn/winter 2014 show had to be their checked capes. The personalized colour-blocked throws are inspired by equestrian blankets, and are made from luxurious cashmere. Cara Delevingne was first to wear the pricey layering piece; the model wore it over an all-black outfit and a black fedora hat and shades – tres chic! Olivia also bagged herself a monogrammed throw, the TV star dressed casually; layering the throw over a green checked shirt, brown shorts and sexy Stuart Weitzman boots. Suki Waterhouse donned the throw in London; she used as a scarf, and wore it on top of a large khaki coat. This looked drowned her figure, not even the luxurious throw could save this shapeless look! So who won? It has to be Fashion Goddess Olivia! We love how she styled her gorgeous throw. She made black jeans and a t-shirt look uber stylish!
Kendall Jenner V Rosie Huntington-Whiteley
It’s the battle of the models! Both Kendall and Rosie flaunted the same Balmain dress, and we have to admit, it’s a tough call as to who wore it best. Jenner wore the Balmain leather mini dress in an olive-green colour at the Vogue Foundation gala in Paris. Her hair was slicked back, her makeup was flawless yet minimal and she donned mixed-material, black heel boots. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley wore her hair similar, also opting for a slicked look, but she kept her hair down and added loud, gold hooped earrings. Rosie also chose to wear sky-high, black boots, however she chose the animal print alternative to the Balmain dress. We adored Kendall’s look, and we are equally obsessed over Rosie’s…we need your help readers! Who do you think wore it best? Comment below!
Lily Aldridge V Allison Williams
Both ladies looked simply angelic in this cream lace and sheer Valentino number, but both wore it differently. Whilst Lily sported hot red lipstick and red suede heels and Hollywood wavy hair, Allison Williams looked prim with black heels and a simple up-do. Allison’s dress was also tailored close to her waist, which gave her a complimenting hourglass silhouette. Both women looked stunning, but for a more adventurous play with colour and hair, it has to go to Victoria Secrets model, Lily Aldrige.
