Bad girl turned good
She’s well-known for her racy outfits and antics off the stage, but this time, Rihanna is using her talent and celebrity clout to raise money for charity. The star hosted her first Diamond Ball in aid of the Clara Lionel Foundation- a charity that ‘works to improve the quality of life for communities globally in the areas of health, education, arts, and culture.
The glittery ball was held at the Vineyard in Beverly Hills and Riri managed to pull some of the high and mighty in Hollywood to support the foundation which she founded in memory of her grandmother- Clara Lionel. It was indeed a family affair on the night as Rihanna’s grandfather, mum and siblings were there to support her.
The 26-year-old was clearly in her element as she mingled with guests including Kim Kardashian and mum Kris Jenner, singer Tyrese, Neyo, Big Sean and Grey’s Anatomy’s Ellen Pompeo.
Riri looked stunning in a red Zac Posen off shoulder Fall ball gown with her hair pulled back in a tight ponytail and dark red lips to finish off the look. However, one stunning look wasn’t enough for the pop princess as she slipped into a midnight ball gown again by Zac Posen for her performances on the night including a soulful rendition of hits ‘Umbrella’ and ‘Diamond’.
