There has been no shortage of international investors flocking to see what opportunities exist for investment in Nigeria since the rebasing of the Nigerian economy revealed the country as the biggest economy in Africa.
Many Nigerians in the diaspora are part of this new crop of investors as Nigerians who have made successful careers abroad make the move back home to take advantage of this new economic boom.
The challenge for many however, has remained a lack of information and resources for potential investors and this has resulted in many conferences and events being held here in the UK to give an insight into the current opportunities that exist in Nigeria and what it takes to do business in the Nigerian climate.
With small businesses driving a sizable portion of the UK economy, the important role played by entrepreneurship in economic growth is firmly in the spotlight.
