The Royal Courts of Justice in London played host to some notable dignitaries last week as the Olusegun Obasanjo Foundation marked its first year anniversary after being launched in February 2013.
Dignitaries who attended the event include the Nigerian High Commissioner Dr. Dalhatu Sarki Tafida,Cherie Blair, BBC presenter Zainab Badawi, Oswald Boateng and Anne Welsh, a successful investment banker who is also the chairperson of the Charity.
The Olusegun Obasanjo Foundation is a UK-based charity established with the vision of advancing human security in Africa. Let’s hope ordinary people living in Nigeria reap the benefits of the charity’s work, every little helps right?
