After 2014’s supermarket show, closely followed by the feminist protest scenes that was the stage for the 2014 Chanel SS15 show, we thought it would be near impossible to top these feats, but how wrong were we?
Chanel‘s creative Director Karl Lagerfeld switched things up to a new level for the iconic fashion house’s Fall 2015 show during Paris Fashion Week. Models sashayed down a catwalk modelled around a modern day bistro, with full bar service included.
Lagerfeld said the collection is about the ‘down to earth woman’. Featuring pieces that could be taken from day to night.
Key pieces: Parkas, Chanel’s iconic bomber jackets, tile designs and classic Chanel shoes reinvented with contemporary designs.
What we loved most: The timelessness of the collections. Pieces so versatile, every woman could make them her own.
