The much-anticipated first royal family tour has finally begun as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge along with little prince George, arrived New Zealand on Monday Morning.
Needless to say that we have all been waiting with bated breath to have a first glimpse of the Duchess’ wardrobe.
Will she recycle any of her former outfits as she so famously does? Will there be loads of high street or designers in her picks? And of course, the chance to see more of Prince George has also been top of the list.
On arrival Kate looked stunning in a red Catherine Walker Coat with a matching pill-box hat by Gina Foster.
She was also wearing the Queen’s Platinum and Gold broach, which was given to her in New Zealand during her tour there in 1954.
Prince George seemed to have taken the 30 hour journey which involved a whistle-stop in Sydney very well in his stride as his mum carried him down the steps of the airplane.
Prince William of course was a picture of his usual dapper self in a smart navy blue suit.
The family left London on Saturday aboard a chartered Qantas flight to Sydney, reportedly taking over the entire first class section with their 11 strong entourage.
The tour which will last for three weeks will see the Royal family touring New Zealand and Australia as part of their commonwealth tour.
During their brief stop in Sydney before being whisked off to New Zealand, Kate wore this grey wrap around MaxMara dress with a pair of Manolo Blahnik shoes.
The Duke of Cambridge can be seen here holding unto a Kangaroo backpack, which was presented to Prince George in Sydney by the Australian Save the Koala Foundation. It retails for about £7, but you won’t be getting your hands on it anytime soon as it’s already sold out!
