Don’t fancy going to yet another music festival this year? Try the London Wellbeing Festival instead

 The festival season is almost upon us and if unlike previous years, you don’t quite fancy mucking about in the mud at Glasto, we’ve got an a healthy alternative that will equally lift your spirits. 

Now in its 37th year, the London Wellbeing festival is an awe inspiring, spirit lifting, soul changing festival bringing together some of the world’s most inspiring teachers, motivational speakers,  spiritual healers, yogis, musicians and artists ,all wanting to share their knowledge and help you to realise your true potential.

You’ll find exhibitors from all corners of the globe offering wellbeing products, treatments and therapies, delicious organic food, yoga, healing ,meditation  and much more.

This year sees some of the world’s top yoga teachers , food enthusiasts and workshop leaders in attendance including Tara Lee, Claire Missingham, Denisa Nenova and Russell James. Be prepared for some unforgettable and life changing talks by the likes of :

-Graham Hancock who will be discussing his new book Magicians of the Gods, a sequel to the worldwide bestseller Fingerprints of the Gods.

-Best selling author Jonathan Black will enlighten us on how stars and planets influence our consciousness and how supernatural laws come into play when we seek happiness.

-Jacqui Marson whose workshop on putting your needs before others will show you that it’s OK to put yourself first and still be a good person.

If that’s not enough there’s also the Free stage showcasing live music and dance throughout the event , the Psychologies wellbeing and yoga studio offering top notch taster sessions and classes, the Mantra Lounge giving you a tranquil sanctuary amongst the chaos and the Love Dome the go to place for all things love!

The Krishna’s will be running the Pop up Temple; Featuring the mystical and exotic, including: Flower Offerings, Garland and Sari Workshops, Meditation Classes, Kirtan and Bhagavad-Gita Classes.

New this year  and straight from Wilderness Festival is the Wild Wellbeing Spa where you can treat yourself to some indulgent treatments from some of London’s top therapists. The Soul Dome 360′ immersive Cinema will be also presenting for the first time ever and is a definite must see. Included in their line up are Crystal Cymatics  where sound meets sonic art and healing offering an unforgettable sound and visual bath.
