Cara Delevingne stars in new Tag Heuer campaign with a baby lion

‘It’ model Cara Delevingne has landed a juicy deal as she has just been announced as the new ambassador for  luxury watch brand Tag Heuer. In the newly released campaign images, Delevingne cradles a baby lion as though she’s cuddling a little puppy- very brave.

It is this ballsy and bold nature that actually caught the brand’s eye, making her the firm choice for the new face of the watchmaker’s Spring Summer collection.

A spokesperson for the brand said, “Like TAG Heuer, Cara takes risks, breaks the rules – and never cracks under pressure,” The 22-year-old already has an impressive list of campaigns on her CV after fronting campaigns for the likes of Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, DKNY and Tom Ford. She has also branched out into acting, starring in Anna Karanina and lately, Tulip Fever.

CEO of Tag Heuer and president of LVMH Watches worldwide Jean-Claude Biver said he was “delighted to welcome Cara into the TAG Heuer family.”
