Cara Delevingne has definitely had a busy Winter this year. This season she became the face of Topshop’s Christmas collection, she modelled with Kate Moss to yet again appear as the face of the ‘My Burberry’ perfume, and even did an ad for Givenchy.
Now the 22 year old has unveiled her mini Mulberry collection for Autumn/Winter 2014. Mulberry discovered Cara at a Tim Walker campaign shoot, where she discussed her ideas about creating bags which are beautiful and practical. The model’s designs represent Elegance and an ever-changing lifestyle, the bags can be worn in three ways, on the back, the shoulder or hand-held.
The Mulberry website allows you to take a quiz which then figures out the right bag for you. The quiz asks customers to choose different personality types, and descriptions of what they like to see in a bag. For example whether a big or small bag is preferred.
The collection also caters to different styles. The camouflage colour is suitable for people with a fun and quirky style, the Black bag is classy and versatile, while the Burgundy bag is a perfect Winter colour.
In an interview with Vogue Delevingne expressed “This is a beautiful range that complements the main collection and I have also personalised it. Look out for the lion rivets and the camo pieces; my favourite print”.
The Lion rivets represent Cara’s love for being a Leo, the aspiring actress has also tattooed a lion’s head on her finger, she also mentioned the camouflage representing her naughty days at school when she use to hide from her teachers.
