Not this time, but I’ll be back!
Now that’s the kind of fighting talk we want to hear from our acting talents. Actress Tanya Moodie missed out last night at the Evening Standard Theatre Awards to Gillian Anderson in the best actress award category. Moodie was up against Billie Piper, Kristin Scott Thomas, Gillian Anderson and Helen McCrory.
Although, she didn’t win, the actress in a series of tweets, thanked fans and urged people to persevere and never give up. She also told us she got a hug from supermodel Naomi Campbell (good on you Naomi!).

You all held my hand, willed me on, held me up, pushed me forward, lifted my chin, poured my drink, filled my cup. THANK U #ESTheatreAwards
